Third sketch was the charm, i feel pretty good about the colors on this one, just by following simple advice i took on DA I was able to achieve a great look for my drawing.

Vital's Story

After failing to comply on a deal to take a dive in a boxing match, Vital Maroni was quickly sent to swim with concrete slippers in some chemical plant dumping ground. The chemical had some weird effect on the recently deceased. he came out of the pool of chemical moslty alive, with a ghoulish complexion and with his strength multiplied by... hmmm nobody knows by how much yet. His appearance was somewhat lessened and his brain was damaged, even more so. The mob boss who had taken his winner's belt as a souvenir had a little surprise visit the same night, after ripping him in half, the newly reborn fighter was found on the crime scene by the police. He was completely compliant and docile, even though his appearance suggested otherwise.

After a short stay at the police station's jail, another convict soon saw the opportunity for a "get out of jail free" card. Guiding the titan with boxer lingo, they escaped by crashing through the walls as if they were made of paper.

Today, Vital works for the New-York italian mafia, they keep him in hiding and bring him out when needed. They like to use a walky-talky headset to keep in contact with him and avoid being seen. Although easy to manipulate, Vital is also prone to rage once in a combat, remnant of his old fighter spirit most probably.
