During the experiment, something went horribly wrong, the research facility was completly destroyed in a chain of explosion, This event was responsible for creating the most powerful super-beings in Russia: The Tetrion Three... and Tcherno-bill whose powers were pale in comparison. His skin became as solid as rock and he was able to project high energy beam throught his eyes. He was nicknamed that once and it stuck. Frustrated at being a second class super hero, Billovitch quickly understood he would have a more lucrative career in crime. He is wanted in Russia for high treason. To avoid capture, he fleed to America.

Looks like i'm gonna have to end this one at the current point, i accidentaly deleted all my workfiles this summer... ensued a deep depression, but i'm better now. It's not too bad as is.
