Peter Pumpkin and his squashers

Peter was treated like a freak during his childhood because of his over-sized hands. Mocked and bullied, he retired from society to embrace his passion, the dark arts. After years of studies he finally was able to produce magic, real magic, in the form of animated squashes. He can animate an unlimited number of them to do his biding, but he his limited to the season during which they grow. He assumed the identity of Peter Pumpkin to commit his crimes in style. Out of the season, he's pretty much inactive, but when Halloween comes around, you can count on him to have some devious plan prepared. Robbery, extortion, kidnapping, nothing is below him. He does have a particular taste for revenge on those who wronged him during his childhood though.

The squashers have the strength of a normal human, but are able to carry and use guns, explosive or special potions prepared by Peter, they are moderately intelligent and can perform simple tasks.
